Refund and Return Policy
All sales are final once confirmed. Please note that we do not offer refunds unless we are unable to fulfill your order. In such cases, you will have the option of store credit or a refund.
No cancellations will be accepted once the order is processed.
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. You can reach us via email at [email protected] or WhatsApp at +65 9470 5890. Your message should include detailed information and images of the defect or incorrect product, as well as unboxing video clips of the damaged items before raising a request for return or exchange through WhatsApp or email.
Your purchase is eligible for an exchange or credit note if it meets the following conditions:
- An incorrect product has been delivered, meaning the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
- The product received has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect.
In such cases, all items must be returned to Atvika in their original packaging within 2 days. The collection point will be determined by Atvika.
Once an order has been posted in the mailbox, any cancellation request will be subject to a retrieval fee of $21.80, as charged by SingPost for processing the return.
A refund will be issued only after we receive the returned package, with the retrieval fee deducted from the total amount.
Some pieces may have minor bead imperfections due to transportation, packing, or manufacturing. These slight variances do not affect the overall appearance and are reflected in the reduced price. Please note that these sale items are final sale, and we do not offer refunds or returns for them.
At Atvika, we strive to ensure your orders are fulfilled promptly and accurately. However, please note that no refunds will be issued for delays caused by public holidays or SingPost delivery disruptions, as these are beyond our control.
In the rare event that Atvika is unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be processed within 4 business days.
Should you wish to cancel your order, please note that transaction fees (based on your mode of payment) will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded within 4 business days.
All customized orders and accessories are non-returnable. Sale products are also ineligible for exchange or refund.
